If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything seemed all good the first week, then the Owner started claiming she was never paid even though we had proof that she cashed the checks. Before entering a contract for my dad to stay there, she was given all of his medical information and she said it would be fine. Well after a couple of his dementia incidents (as you know it comes and goes) she called us saying they are not equipped to handle him unless we pay an additional $600 per month. We couldn't afford that so we were forced to make alternate care plans very quickly. 3 days before we were moving him out, she suddenly said oh no he can stay so she didn't want to pay us the prorated amount for the month because now it was our fault for breaking contract. The day we moved him he was soaking wet with urine and feces. They said since he was moving they didn't need to handle that! Apparently they also gave Hospice a hard time each time they visited because they didn't like them coming into their facility! I would never ever recommend this place, they owner is a loon and causes nothing but stress once she thinks she's got you locked in!
