I recommend finding a different place there is 3 complexes within the street this place resides on with much better and attentive management the management here cycles through people constantly the utilities are constantly breaking they charge you a $80 fee labeled “community fee” for a 50 square foot gym and a laundry area that is constantly in need of maintenance ive lived here for 6 months and the front door that faces the street which is supposed to be locked to keep random people from entering is constantly open after leasing hours and broken i very much regret signing the contract here please save yourself the headache!

Moved in during the summer, 1bdrm. If I didn’t pay for a car port I’d struggle with parking for sure as I work late hours. My biggest problem are the THIN WALLS. You can hear your neighbors both sides, up and down clearly, and anyone who walks in your hallway. It could be the deciding factor if I renew my lease. Pretty secure complex, anyone without a “badge” cannot get in. The place has a bunch of nice recreation rooms for families/company. The split AC units are great. Nice and clean overall, except the stairways for some reason. I will update my review when I move out, if anything changes.

Back in May when Isabel was around management was good, she was helpful and eager to help her tenants. Since she left, management has been the worst. Manager after manager (at least 4 different ones in the last 3 months). Water is usually cut off for hours, internet was down for almost two weeks which we pay for and washers and dryers are a nightmare when it comes to be reliant on them, it’s a miracle if all of them are properly working at the same time. Not enough parking spaces for all the tenants (and they warn you they will tow you if you’re not parked in a “legal” spot) and last but not least, the office people don’t have neither the patience, attitude , nor the experience to handle these kinds of problems in a professional manner. If management plans to retain their tenants, they better up their game.

I have been living here since March and they have lied about everything. We only got this place because they had free washers and dryers for use, which they plan to start charging for, they had free internet and cable, which again they took off, and there is no parking available for the amount of residents. The washers and dryers never work. And my apartment is mold infested. Also they want to up the 80 dollar “community fee”. The water is cut off every once in a while without notice and there fire alarms go off also without notice.

There are only about 30 parking spaces for the entire apartment building, which is nowhere near enough for all the residents. On top of that, the property has just one small dumpster for the whole building, and it’s constantly overflowing. Each floor has only one washer and one dryer that actually work. They are now getting rid of utilities which they claimed would be included. The apartments look nice in pictures once you see them in person you will see how rushed the remodeling was done. These are just a few examples.it’s by far the worst-managed apartment I’ve ever lived in. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
