ROYAL GARDEN BOARD & CARE III

Like so many people, we were in dire straights finding an acceptable home for my father to spend his last days. Fortunately, we came across an EXCEPTIONAL one. The Royal Garden Board & Care Homes were exactly what we needed. I viewed multiple rooms in various homes and all were incredibly beautiful, bright and welcoming. I was welcomed and escorted through the properties by owner Sofyia who was so kind and caring. She made me want to move in. Unfortunately this was going to be a quick visit for my father. To make matters worse, we had some difficulties with the transferring hospital and subsequent hospice care, but Sofyia immediately intervened on our behalf. She asked all the right questions, and demanded that my father receive everything he needed from the hospice service. IMMEDIATELY. We felt as though we were fighting an uphill battle in addition to our grief, and Sofyia did everything she could to guide us and comfort us through this difficult time. She made she that we were able to focus on our father and his transition, and not worry about red tape. We are forever grateful for her kindness, caring and professionalism. If your loved one needs a home away from home, I would not hesitate for one second to recommend one of Sofyia's properties. You can be 100% assured that not only will THEY be cared for, you will be, too.

I'd give 10 starts if that was an option. The staff was outstanding. Very compassionate, caring, loving and attentive to mom's needs. Mom is very picky about food and told everyone who visited the food was very good. It was so wonderful to have our loved one in a "Home" environment versus a sterile building. Lovely grounds surround this wonderful board and care. The owner, Sophia was always available basically 24/7 for a call or text with anything we felt the need to discuss. If you have a loved one and are looking for the best home for them, look no further that Royal Gardens.

The hospital discharged my friend to Board and Care with literally no notice and I was referred to Royal Garden. The care and compassion was beyond anything I could have hoped for. The facility is beautiful and the care exceptional. I have had elders needing care before and this was the best I have experienced. Sophia is an angel. Thank you so much
