I had the experience of speaking with Tiffany at this community today on the phone. She is not only professional, but her heart is in the right place. My 90 year old dad had been to two different memory care homes until we found this gem. This is the family environment that we had been searching for. The staff are responsive to each need and treat the residents as individual family members. They are funny, smiling, caring and open to anything that will make the family happier. My dad loved the staff here and they made his last days such a pleasure for him. I will never forget the kindness and special attention they showed him.

This facility has been such a blessing to my wife and I. Her father has been in 2 prior facilities. He was not happy and would attempt to "escape" often. I am sure he is restless and can be a handful, but we were unhappy with the low level of compassionate care he received at other locations. We would like to have him with us but it is more care than we can provide. The ENTIRE staff is always so helpful and responds professionally and treats him like family would treat another person!! Thank you Elysian Gardens Assisted Living Facility for everything. We certainly appreciate you and do not take you for granted.

My mom is sooo loved and cared for by the wonderful staff at Elysian Gardens. Since the new owners took over the staff there have been empowered to do thier jobs. Staff are happy they love thier jobs and it shows by the way how much they love on mom and the extra care they give to the residents activities. I show up anytime to see my Mother and I am NEVER questioned because they bring her right to me. They are great!

Its so hard to make a decision as to where your loved one is going to live, so finding a good home is very important! Mom went to three places before Elysian Gardens, I had no idea how bad the other places were until she moved here two years ago. Staff are fantastic and really care about the residents. They do not just "act" nice while you are visiting as i have seen from other facilities. Everyone at Elysian takes the time to talk to families and give so much love to Mom. Tiffany the director is always there to answer questions and Gloria is an Angel, she really brings the positive and compassion to the place. But to be honest everyone is great! And you have to see the fun activities they set up for everyone. I do not know what i would do without all the support they give us, and knowing she is cared for in such an unbelievable way gives us such a sense of security. We are thankful she is there!
