I would like to particularly mention the administrator Ms Joy Talorac, that she is a good leader, and she has a great team working for her. She ensures that all the patients are taken cared of very well, provides assistance to patient need like myself, I am Ponce a resident at Royal Vista for almost 3 years and counting. All concerns brought to her attention and the DON Michael, they address it and try to resolve the concerns in a timely manner. All equipment in the patient’s room are ensured to be in good working condition and any issues are addressed in a timely manner when brought to their attention. All patients are made comfortable and have the feeling of being “at home”! My family see’s that I am being well cared for and comfortable and that in turn makes my family feel happy and confident that I am in good hands and well cared for, that all my needs are being met and addressed. I would highly recommend this skilled nursing facility if you have any loved ones that need good therapy and care.

I spend 9 months there I'm totally coherent the treatment of the patients there was appalling nurses screaming at patients locking them in rooms night nurses always sleeping and when needed complaining to patients during shower time if a patient shit in the shower no one cleaned it up that's human waste bacteria and if you said something not good food horrible breakfast cold lunch horrible dinner cold and horrible nurse service if complained didn't get to eat I complained about breakfast always came late and cold don't ever send a family member here I saw 5 people die in my 9 months just warning you

This review begins with the passing of my dad. He was an independent, proud, and self-reliant man. But in the final months of his life, he needed more care than my siblings and I could provide on our own. Making the decision to place him in a care facility was incredibly difficult for all of us. Thankfully, we found Royal Vista, a place that far exceeded our expectations. The staff didn’t just provide care—they offered compassion, dignity, and love. We developed a close relationship with them, and that connection brought us immense comfort during such a vulnerable and emotional time. The facility itself was warm and welcoming. It felt safe, clean, and respectful—a place where my dad could truly be at ease and feel cared for. In the end, he spent the latter part of his life surrounded by a team of extraordinary caregivers. We truly could not have asked for a better place for him during those final months. To everyone who played a role in his care—Isabella, Teresa, Moy, Shu, Jennie, and Naomi—thank you. Thank you for the comfort, the love, and the dignity you gave him. Your kindness, patience, and dedication will never be forgotten.

Terminal illness of a love one is one of the most traumatic experience in life. Somtimes family need help to cope and to provide the proper care for that person. Vista Cove provided that help and went out of their way to make my mothers passing as comfortable as possible. All the staff did a great job and I'm deeply thankful to them. I highly recommend them. Thanks you
