Ruleville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

My aunt has been at this facility for several years and it has really came along way since the beginning. The staff has changed for the better of there patients. Keep up the good work and I will be back to visit soon.....

Staff, lie... lie..lie... HATEFUL AND DON'T CARE FOR THOSE WHOM ARE STUCK AT THIS NASTY PLACE. The condition of this place is deplorable. Spiders, the smell, patients not being cared for, if I could put 0 stars I would. AWFUL PLACE. If you have family or friends here you better be checking on them. If at all possible get them out. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Deplorable conditions. Smells like pee. Staff lie to you, residents are not taken care of or treated with dignity. This place should be condemned and shut down.
