Runk & Pratt Residential Adult Care of Lynchburg

My mother is in one of these facilities and while visiting, I met the owner Vicki Runk. I guess she wasn't familiar with my family, but I was dismissed and ignored when I tried to speak with her about my mother. She ended up being a very snotty and rude person and I'm very upset with the treatment I had, let alone what my mother must be receiving. Ms. Runk is clearly more focused on making money for herself and her personal expenses rather than the care of the people her business is for. I will be transferring my mother to a different facility. Very upset and disappointed. Do not support Ms. Runk
