Runk and Pratt Willow Ridge

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this facility. This blessing came from God’s hand. We moved here from another state, and we did not know where to start looking for my 92 year old dad. I loved that Alicia made time for me to show me the different locations and options even though it was last minute and not at the most convenient time for them. The staff at Willow Ridge all have been family to us even with us just moving into the area. Alicia has cared for my dad’s needs from the time we toured the facility and continues to give us guidance during this incredibly hard transition. She is amazing! My dad sees Willow Ridge as his home and loves those who take care of him daily. He LOVES the food which was a huge win. The kitchen staff have such a servant’s heart. The aides, med techs, front desk, dining staff, house keepers, maintenance, nurses, doctors have ALL been incredibly caring, attentive, proactive, and supportive. Lisa, one of the many amazing med techs, has been with my dad the longest, and has continued his care even though we moved to a larger room. She has a heart of gold and loves my dad deeply. The residents are some of the sweetest people that I have met. The staff have blessed me even with the care they have with me as they greet me every time with a caring heart and have always gone above and beyond to offer help. These jobs are not easy, yet they choose to serve with excellence and with joy. The place is a beautiful haven for those looking for independent living or assisted living. Thanking the Lord for guiding our family to this special place even though it is for just a season, I wanted each of you to know that I am deeply THANKFUL!!
