Russ Place - Level 3

I have had a few family members live here and they have been very satisfied with their space, the staff, and the activities! It is a beautiful facility where everyone feels like family!

My grandmother has been there for 2 years. The staff are kind and welcoming. Nikki, the event director, plans fun events that they all enjoy.

Nikki does a fantastic job loving on the residents. Her parties are created to make them feel special and the ones I’ve attended did exactly that. No doubt she cares for those in which she is responsible. Carliscea is a welcoming ray of sunshine as you enter into the facility. She’s always very accommodating and attentive to the needs of our family. There are several aides whom I do not know by name that my mother loves. It’s easier to leave her knowing they are caring for her as they would their own mom. We are saddened about the loss of Sharda but are praying someone will fill that void with the compassion she showed our mom and what appeared to be the other residents, as well.

Farrah was wonderful to speak with, great at answering questions and helpful about next steps. As a real estate agent, I work with a few home seller transitioning from their home to this community. We try to help ease the transition from our end - Farrah and the Russ team take care of the rest. They are knowledgeable and friendly to work with during this process.

I enjoy seeing Farrah, and working with her weekly as a referral source. She is welcoming, caring and well educated on assisted living. She helps us by informing our staff and myself on the easiest processes to get in to assisted living, and always puts the resident first!
