This place looked good on paper, unfortunately it turned out to be very disappointing. The manager and owner told us what we wanted to hear but they weren’t following through with what they would tell us, my loved one was not getting their proper meds at the correct times and Patrick didn’t seem to care. They would be playing loud music often and not checking up on residents. The facilities were ok in common areas but my loved one’s room and bathroom were filthy- sticky floors, unsanitary bathrooms that never had hand soap and never seemed to be cleaned. The owner was also very uncaring when my loved one departed this facility. Overall communication from management with my family was awful. One day I was on the phone with my loved one and overheard a staff member speaking very aggressively to them, not knowing I could hear the exchange. Would not recommend and I’m glad my loved one is no longer living here.

Management are caring. They treat residents with dignity and respect. The nurse owner is kind compassionate and available.
