There are moments in life when gratitude is hard to fully put into words — and that is exactly how I feel about Villa court Assisted Living. Knowing my mother, Kandy, is cared for with such kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion gives me a level of peace that is truly priceless. From the very beginning, the entire team has treated her not just as a resident, but as family. What stands out most is the consistency of their care. Day and night, 24/7, the staff shows patience, warmth, and attentiveness in everything they do. They take the time to listen, to comfort, and to make sure she feels safe and valued. That kind of dedication cannot be taught — it comes from the heart. I also want to recognize Zack, who represents everything special about Vista Canyon. His care, professionalism, and genuine concern for my mom reflect the culture of the entire community. He treats her with respect, compassion, and understanding, just like the incredible caregivers who support her every day. As a son, I couldn’t ask for more. Vista Canyon Assisted Living has given my family reassurance during a time when it matters most, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Villa Court found a temporary room for my brother after he was dismissed from a lengthy hospital stay. He sadly died the next day. Villa Court staff disposed of his belongings including a laptop with all his critical information, without contacting me. All his belongings should have been properly collected and made ready for me, his only surviving family member, to pick up. Villa Court never found my brother’s belongings. It is very distressing that my brother was so disrespected. I would never recommend Villa Court Assisted Living for another family’s loved one.

I have been around to many assisted living facilities and by far when you walk in you can see immediately the pride and the love and care that goes into making sure this place is clean and well maintained and attended. Every person that I spoke to there was happy and healthy there was no smell of urine in the air like many of the other places that I had visited. The staff were carrying And when above and beyond answer questions and provide their cell phone numbers for after hours help and support. The facility is open all the time people are able to come and go as needed. They're opening up a new facility with 32 beds if you're looking for an affordable Assisted Living this is the best bang for the buck that I have found in Las Vegas

If I could give one genuine piece of advice it would be to never put a loved one in here unless you hate them and want them to die quickly. They could fall here and the staff response time is easily 20+ mins regardless of time of day. Medications will not be given and your loved one can’t complain because there is some good old nepotism going on. The upper management besides Zack is a joke. Staff turn over is wild. Items will go missing, like essential items and the staff will have no idea. The food they provide is horrendous. Like the cheapest option. They will raise the price of your care and rent without proper notice. Which is illegal and then argue and gaslight you. How this place isn’t shut down is beyond me.

After looking at at least 9 facilities here in the Las Vegas area we decided on Villa Court and we are so happy to live in this wonderful award winning community. The food is delicious and the staff are very helpful. It is definitely the best you can get for your money.
