I’m absolutely disgusted with how this facility handled my grandmother’s passing. After her death, they continued pulling money from her account — knowing she was gone. That’s not just unethical, it’s theft. No answers, no accountability — just silence and stolen money. It’s sickening to see a place trusted with elder care behave like this. Watch your loved one’s finances closely if you still choose to trust them

My company Comfort Heart Hospice had the honor of sponsoring an event at Saddlebrook Oxford in Frisco and they are a top notch facility here in Frisco! Lissette, the Lifestyle Activities Director, and their entire team were so welcoming and wonderful with all of the residents. There were so many happy, smiling faces during our ice cream and dancing time! I can't wait to go back and support this amazing facility again!

I wish I could give Saddlebrook more than 5 stars. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. They truly have a heart and passion for their residents. My mother has settled in better than we ever imagined. She is living life again and enjoying the meaningful activities….especially the fishing outings. Thank you Saddlebrook for making this difficult journey easier. You are a blessing to your residents and their families!
