Safe Haven Adult Care Home

I have been there to visit a relative.The person running this place should be ashame .The patients cannot have any snacks in their room.They have no activities. All they do is sit and look at tv .The TV that is in one room you can barely see the picture because the screen is almost black.If your mind is bad it will be after being there for a while.The state needs to check into these places.The person running it needs to think about if she was in a place like that how she would like it.The bathroom had a rag hanging on towel rack.What the hell.I saw no soap.Nobody should have to live in that environment.
