Safe Haven Assisted Living Of Mason

We moved my grandfather to Safe Haven from another facility about 4 months ago. Safe Haven has been a breath of fresh air (literally) compared to the other facility and the staff is the kindest, most caring people we have met.

This community in wonderful and provides care the way you would care for your own loved one. Kat, the manager, is like family to the residents and does an amazing job managing the building.

if you do shipt don't take their orders. they will place a giant order over $1,000 and not tip then laugh at you when you kindly ask if you did something wrong. You would think as a company they can afford to tip. If they treat others the way they treated me I can only imagine how they treat the people at the facility.

Not sure how the care of your loved one being there but for a shipt order that was placed with 5 cart full of groceries ,as a business like you could of least tipped!
