SAFE HAVEN SENIOR CARE LLC

I am not happy with this place. My husband is there, and the team won't let me talk to him. I have been calling several times per day the last 4 days and no results. Ridiculous. Looks like, I need to call my attorney, and move him out of this place with unprofessional staff. I really don't understand what is wrong with them. Emilia

Our mom has been a resident for 2+ years. The staff are very caring, always willing to assist mom. We feel very fortunate that mom has the care and help she needs from a great staff.

The staff at Safe Haven have been nothing but wonderful in caring for my family member. They work hard to make the residents feel at home, and provide updates to families if there are any concerns. They have been able to adapt to my family member's needs and have helped him feel peace with his loss of memory. He's adapt better than we what we all thought would come from his move, and that is because of the caregiver's empathy, and patience with his complex needs.
