Sage Grove Assisted Living

Poorly trained help. Poor communication between staff and family. Not able to provide the quality of care they promised. Added surcharges because my family member died.

Very poor care and service for my mother. Overcharged and services provided were not as advertised.

Tried to gather details and rates, the two people I spoke with couldn’t answer a single question and were very rude. One of them was the owner. No thanks.

My grandpa lived here. He was treated well with great personal care and dignity. The staff took time to get to know him. They had good communication and were easy to work with.

The employees really care about the residents. Amy (owner) is very gentle and loving to the residents. It's obvious she really cares about the people she's responsible for!
