Sage Meadows provides a warm and inviting environment for its residents. I had misgivings about coming to an assisted living environment, after a very active life filled with numerous activities that involved my being fully mobile and able to care for myself. In fact, I have found that Sage Meadows has enriched my life, because I am now surrounded by staff who are both professional and delightful. I don't ever feel restricted in my movements. I come and go as I please, but always in the knowledge that someone will be there if I need any help or assistance. The food is outstanding, and the range of activities is wide-ranging, and the staff are always open to ideas for new ones. In short, Sage Meadow is a great place, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I'd give them 10 stars but they only let me put 5. I could not have picked a better place to live! The staff, Jim, Don, and Hailee are fantastic and all the residents are so kind. The food is great and I could go on and on, but just come by and check it out! I give it the highest rating possible!

Trisha was amazing......we are struggling with placing our elderly mother in a facility. We met Trisha for a tour today and we so impressed with not only her but the facility as a whole. What a great place to have Mom enjoy the time she has left with us.

I have personally worked with the team at Sage Meadows and can see that they truly care for their residents. I also have friends who's family has lived here and they were very happy with the care they received!

I am a contractor in Fond du Lac WI. I was hired by Sage Meadows to do a repair in the main dinning room. I had explained that unless I got paid upon completion of the project that I was not interested in doing the work for them as I do not and cannot afford to wait an undetermined amount of time to get paid. I am a small and growing company with not alot of capitol to toss around. The job was completed and weeks have passed, I called the corporate office a week ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to return my call as of yet!!! This is the very reason I would not have chosen to help them. They are a corporate machine without a heart or care for others well being!
