Sage Park is a fun atmosphere, residents are loving and the staff are amazing. The Executive Director Tara is beyond exceptional. Kerah plans fun daily activities that the residents really enjoy. Watching them smile, laugh and interact with one another is greatest joy of my day.

Had my sister here for 3 days. The church came to visit and asked for my sister to be changed, and they refused. I left my home to go and change my sister attends. Came back a few hours later to put her to bed. The nurse hands me the wrong medication twice the dosage and 2 sleeping pills. She then proceeded to argue with me that it's the right medication. I spoke with the DON that night and took my sister home, never to return. After the DON investigation, she stated my sister never received the medication. CORRECT SHE NEVER RECEIVED THEM BECAUSE I REFUSED THEM. I lost $14,000 for 3 days of neglect. Then , I'm called a liar, and I'm a nurse too. Another patient husband spoke with me and the minister and said his wife has been there a year, and it was worse but gotten better, but he still can't sleep at night because he doesn't trust them. Positive reviews are great, but negative reviews don't lie.
