Sagebrook Senior Living At Bellevue

My mother has lived at Sagebrook 2 1/2 years. She has received safe, individualized care with lots of activities. The activity director has been outstanding to keep everyone engaged and to provide many compliments and praise to the residents. The administrative staff have kept us informed and provided several safe ways to stay in touch with our family members especially during Covid precautions. The facility is clean and food good. My mom has many resident friends and has enjoyed her time here.

My experience with Sagebrook has overall been very positive. From the beginning the staff have been very helpful, welcoming, professional and caring of both my father and our family. They have worked with my dad by helping him to adjust into his new studio home in memory care, which he now proudly calls home. He tells me via our Portal calls that he really enjoys the big window in his studio that looks out onto the garden and also says that he is really enjoying his meals. We Portal chat due to COVID visitation restrictions and when we do he is happy, he looks put together and cared for and his room looks clean and orderly. The nursing staff is quick to notify me of anything new or concerning that is happening with him. During this unprecedented time of COVID restrictions the Portal calls have bridged the gap that have enabled us to visit and see how he is doing giving us additional peace of mind. Ultimately, I feel that we made the right decision in choosing Sagebrook for our Dad's care. Our thanks go out to all of the staff.

Sagebrook appears much better than it really is. There are few activities, laundry is only every two weeks, there is ongoing staff turnover, and the food is only adequate, In the four months since I wrote my first review I can now report that there are improvements, the best being the the quality of the food. The meals taste much better and are generally well balanced and nutritious. If we hadn’t recently lost another activity director I would now give Sagebrook four stars because our rooms are now being cleaned weekly and the staff is becoming more stable. Our Executive Director is still trying hard to continue to make even more changes.
