SAGEBROOK SENIOR LIVING AT SAN FRANCISCO

Exactly what we were looking for in a community! It’s like a small getaway in downtown San Francisco. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming

Very happy with the service at Sagebrook my mom has been there almost two years. All the staff is very friendly and knows everyone by name. The only thing that she complains about is the food. She is a very picky eater.

After touring the facility, especially the charming interior garden/courtyard, we moved my elderly family member to Sagebrook. While the move was stressful for my family member, the staff at Sagebrook, especially Executive Director Peter, made the move as smooth as possible. Each staff person was very kind and welcoming, from the caregivers, to the staff in the pharmacy, to the chef. They all wanted to make sure my family member's needs were met. With much gratitude to Peter and his amazing and caring staff. Kudos for all that you do for the residents!

We had a really good tour of Sagebrook. The facility is really clean and they have an amazing outside area. The staff including the Executive Director Fili were very friendly and helpful. My parents plan to move into Sagebrook in about a month. We'll leave another review once my parents have been living in Sagebrook for a few months and we see how they like living here. UPDATED REVIEW: Our mom has been living at Sagebrook now for about a year and a half. The Executive Director Peter and the entire staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. The facility is always nicely maintained. Every holiday there are meals where family and friends are encouraged to attend. When our dad passed away earlier this year the staff was very kind and accommodating. On the night our dad passed a number of staff members were crying. We would definitely recommend Sagebrook as a great place to live.

Sagebrook is a very nice and pleasant assisted living facility. The staff are very caring and attentive to my mother's needs which I really appreciate. Sagebrook offers many activities and special events to keep the residents engaged. The only minor issue is the quality/taste of the food (per my mother) which could be improved on. Overall I would give Sagebrook a 4-5 star rating.
