I'm delighted to share my glowing review of the Saint Elizabeth Congregate Living Facility, specifically highlighting the exceptional care and support my beloved Uncle Tommy received during his stay. From the moment he became a resident, it was evident that the staff's dedication to his well-being was unparalleled. The warm and compassionate atmosphere fostered a true sense of community, making Uncle Tommy feel right at home. The staff's attentiveness to Uncle Tommy's unique needs and preferences was truly remarkable. Their unwavering commitment to his physical health, emotional comfort, and overall happiness was evident in every interaction. Whether it was the thoughtful meal choices that catered to his dietary restrictions or the engaging activities that kept his spirits high, Saint Elizabeth's staff consistently went above and beyond. What truly sets this facility apart is the genuine relationships that were forged between the caregivers and residents. Uncle Tommy wasn't just a name on a list; he was treated like family. The regular check-ins, friendly conversations, and genuine concern demonstrated by the staff created a sense of trust and camaraderie that greatly eased our family's worries. The facility itself was impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable and safe environment for residents. The attention to cleanliness and the availability of various amenities ensured that Uncle Tommy's needs were met with the utmost care and attention to detail. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend the Saint Elizabeth Congregate Living Facility to anyone seeking top-notch care for their loved ones. The compassion, dedication, and personalized attention that Uncle Tommy experienced were truly second to none. Our family is forever grateful for the positive impact this facility and its staff had on his quality of life

This place has the worst care ever. They except patients without knowing a single thing about the patient. They don't make sure the transporting ambulance leaves the patients chart. The staff is not concerned one bit if they are feeding the patient the wrong food or giving the wrong medicine or giving the medicine at all. Ask a question and the answer to everything is "I DO NOT KNOW"
