My family used Liz and Hoop Cares for my father for several months. Her team could not have been more helpful. My dad absolutely loved the entire team, especially Latrice.

Hoop Cares does an awesome job! I’ve had to call (sometimes last minute) to get someone to drive my mother to appointments when I was unable to do it myself. As a caregiver, who also works full time, this is a life saver. My mom has nothing but great things to say about the individuals that have come to pick her up. I wouldn’t trust my mom’s care to just anyone, but I’ve know Liz Hoop professionally for years and always saw her dedication to our Senior community. I’m so glad to have her agency as a resource when needed.

We were in need of a sitter asap and someone suggested Hoop Cares LLC. Liz was super nice and sent us the perfect sitter. I can’t say enough good about this company. I have had to use them several times . I definitely say they are a five star company.

I have heard about Hoop Cares through friends so when I needed help with my mom, I called them first. The caregivers have all been great. One in particular is mom’s favorite. We now request her specifically because they have matched so well. The owner is very accommodating and always open to feedback about mom’s visits.

Hoops Cares was recommended by the Senior Citizen Agency in Pascagoula. The service provided to my Dad has been outstanding. Always on time and shows concern for my Father. Much appreciated and we continue to use this service.
