S&D Senior Living Home

I'm an insurance driver that is giving a man that lives there a ride.. his phone does not have voicemail, So I called the place of business, but THEIR phone doesn't work. WHAT? It says it's out of order, if you're a professional business, you should not have a phone that's out of order.

ZERO STARS! They won't let me leave zero stars here. I don't even want to give them one star. We left our Mother in the care of these people and we are very happy she isn't there any more. The temperature in her room was 79 and they wouldn't turn on the AC. If she didn't finish her food for lunch they gave it to her again for dinner. They were not in any hurry to help her on and off the commode. They were reported to the state and isolated her from the other residents when they believed it was her family that reported them. They moved her to a different facility without notice and without contacting her family. She was verbally and emotionally abused and the facilities license has been suspended and is under review by the state. They were reported again by the new place when she told them her story. Our mother is very concerned about the residents who are still there. She thinks they are also mistreated and have no one to speak for them. Don't leave your loved one at this place. The only other review of this place was written by the owner.
