SANDHILL GARDENS RETIREMENT CENTER

This facility is caring, competent and responsive. The staff are a delight to deal with. I have no issues with them as they take great care of my mom. She has severe dementia and suffered two catastrophic falls this year before going to Sandhill. I now have a piece of mind and a huge burden lifted from my shoulders while 100% confident that my mother is residing at this facility. Other: the building and rooms/apartments are clean. The security is solid. I would recommend them for anyone needing most levels of assistance. It has worked for my mom and me. Can’t say enough!

I am a caregiver. When my clients can no longer live at home, this is where I suggest they move. Sandhill Gardens is a quaint and lovely establishment. The staff are top notch. Annette in the office is always happy to help with any issues or questions. Alicia in reception always greets with a smile and helps any way she can. Alice in house keeping is so very pleasant and will grab any supplies needed, when ever asked. Also, a mention goes to the many CNAS that keep my clients safe, comfortable and smiling. Oh, I don’t want to leave out the maintenance man. He’s great. He will help fix anything. He’s a regular Bob the builder. Welcome to Sandhill Gardens! My experience living in Sand Hill Garden's has been a good one. The staff are very nice people they help you when you need help they clean your room every day.. I would very much like to THANK youfor being here. All the residents that I’ve talked to have been very, very nice so you got good people working for you and good people to live with. Everyone from the office staff to custodians to activities directors to caregivers to the restaurant staff truly treats each resident like family. After experiences in other facilities that were quite the opposite, we are so grateful to have our dad in a place that loves him as much as we do. Choosing to put Dad into a place other than his home was difficult, but we could not have found a better place than Sand Hill. The Brennans are forever grateful for the staff, and we sleep soundly knowing that our dad is loved every second he is there!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a very clean facility and they take wonderful care of the residents. We looked at quite a few places for mom. We are very glad that we placed her here couldn’t have found a better match. The food is excellent and we are very comfortable leaving her there because we know she will be very well taken care of because they have become an extension of our family ❤️
