I am very happy with Jennifer and her team. When I have a n issue I can mail Jennifer and she immediately responds. Dad seems to be happy and is transitioning better each day. The main thing I am happy with at Sanford Manor is how clean they are. I smell absolutely no sign of urine in that facility and I would expect at least a little smell, but NO it is very pleasant. The staff is nice and accommodating!

I frequently visit the facility in the capacity as a vendor and to do activities with the residents that reside there. Facility is always very clean and the staff is very professional, compassionate and caring. All the residents are always happy and well cared for. I would move my parent there any day

My aunt has been there a few months. Jennifer has been very informative on all aspects of her health and progression All of the staff are very friendly and attentive to all of the residents who are residing there. The facility is always clean and the doors are always secure. I’m glad my aunt is around a Director like Jennifer and such a caring staff.

This place is under new management and every time I visit I see improvements. The new Director cares. I often see her teaching and helping her staff. My Mom was in a different MC facility and she was wheeled into the common room and napped in a chair instead of her bed during the day. It’s the little things that matter. My Mom is late stage dementia. Mom passed away yesterday and all I can say is I was was so happy with her care and staff communication with me. They are so kind.
