SANTA FE TRAILS ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY

My mother lived at Santa Fe Trails for 3 years. She was in assisted living as well as memory care. I appreciated the attentive care, great meals and entertainment activities. She was very contented living there.

Every member of the staff at Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living is caring, compassionate and very observant of resident needs. My father moved there from a much larger facility in the metroplex at age 94. He quickly made friends and developed a great level of trust in the staff in all departments during his 18 months there. As his health issues changed, the nursing staff adapted his care plan and coordinated details with his doctor, pharmacy, home health and eventually a hospice care provider. My father felt loved, valued and respected at Santa Fe Trails and he was very happy there. I truly believe that Santa Fe Trails felt like home to my dad and would recommend it for anyone considering assisted living or memory care for a loved one.

The resident assistants do a great job of caring for the residents. The food is good most of the time; with options for a substitute meal. The staff is helpful, respectful and caring toward the residents. The environment is pleasant and relaxing. The activities are fun.

Santa Fe Trails is a top notch Assisted Living and Memory Care facility! The staff at this facility makes all the difference. They are hard workers who put their heart into all they do! The residents go through each day knowing they are loved and cared for! My mom is so very happy here and has made so many dear friends. When businesses really are exceptional it’s natural to look at the very top- to the Director. Santa Fe Trails has had the same Director the entire time my mom has lived here. Caitlin is an excellent director who loves her staff and her residents. Please consider Santa Fe Trails for your loved one; There is so much peace knowing your loved one is in such good hands.

Santa Fe Trails is a wonderful home for assisted living and memory care. The staff is very caring and helpful with any issues. The care partners are very loving and treat the residents with respect. My mother is in memory care and is doing very well with the social and physical activities.
