What can I say about this place? Santianna is truly exceptional! I recently had to remove my dad from another assisted living community in town, and moving him here has been the best decision I could have made. The contrast in care is incredible—nothing compares to the level of support, kindness, and professionalism we’ve experienced at Santianna. The staff is genuinely welcoming, the community is vibrant, and there are constantly engaging activities for residents. The environment is clean, uplifting, and thoughtfully designed to support quality of life in every way. And the food—absolutely fantastic. You won’t find better meals at any assisted living facility. I’ve toured many places, and Santianna stands out above all the rest. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one, save yourself the time and start here. Santianna provides an exceptional lifestyle to the elderly it’s a picturesque facility and we love how they always have fine dining and activities, so the residents don’t have to go far for entertainment. They presented us with knowledge and kindness we really appreciate their values and integrity in caring for all the residents here at Santianna.

Santianna is a fantastic establishment. It is clearly best-in-class in the North County San Diego area. The facility is gorgeous, and there is always something fun and engaging happening on site. The events are very well-curated by the activities staff, Mollie in particular. They bring in very talented entertainers, and all the residents are excited and appreciative of atmosphere & culture that is created by Mollie and the activities team. You could not choose a better senior facility to make your home, I highly recommend!
