SAPPHIRE LAKE SAN MARCOS

When I first called Ali about his Sapphire Pacific residential care facilities for my mom, he didn't have any openings. However, he was really kind and helpful, and took the time to talk to me. I could feel that he is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping people finding the right place for their care needs, whether they end up in his facilities or not. Luckily, my mom eventually moved into Sapphire Pacific Lake San Marcos location in early January 2023. Ali puts so much thoughtful work and dedication into everything he does, for the wellbeing of the residents. He is always there for us, such as staying up late at night figuring out solutions when my mom had trouble sleeping during her first week. The residence is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The home is super clean, peaceful and happy with beautiful piano music playing in the living room. The caregivers are very attentive and loving and the other residents are very nice. My mom looks really happy every time we visit her. She also likes the meals there because she barely eats any of her favorite snacks now when I bring them to her. It was not easy to lose my dad suddenly and to watch my mom declining rapidly and being hospitalized last year while we were trying our best and failing to take care of her in our home. I still cry when I think about this. Navigating the entirely unfamiliar world of hospitals and healthcare was challenging too. However, finding Sapphire Pacific and knowing my mom is being lovingly cared for in a happy and cozy home environment has been such a blessing. If you are in San Diego or Orange County area, we highly recommend Ali's facilities and wish you the best finding great care for your loved one.
