I’ve been closely involved with the Sarah Daft assisted living home since 2014. I’ve also had the experience to visit many newer, larger homes, throught our community. The Sarah Daft Model of home like living is real still at Sarah Daft Home, due our director Paul, his staff his leadership and caring for residents. Sara’s Daft Home has been operating for over 100 years, a treasure for all that have lived there.

If you are looking for a place to live or looking to assist a parent with finding their next home, good fortune is upon you! I was lucky enough to assist both my Mom and Dad (divorced) with getting an apartment at Sarah Daft Home. There are not many choices for low income folks, and the staff and accommodations here make you feel less like a low income person and more like a valued member of the family. My Dad was resistant to say the least, but within a week or two he was hamming it up with his new friends and being much more social than he’d been in years. My Mom lived there for several years and was so content, and she was not easily pleased. Sarah Daft home is a true blessing to all of us that have had the benefit to be involved with this organization. Special shout outs to Paul, Tracy, Erica and all the staff. Thank you so much for taking care of my folks in their final years. I’m so grateful!

After my dad died my elderly mother was lost for a long time. She sold the home they’d owned and raised us. She moved in with me for a few months, but nothing could shake the spiral of depression she was locked to. My sister and I found Sarah Daft, and my mom moved in. The community spirit, the amazing care and helpful staff gave her an entirely new outlook on life. She is healthier and happier now than when she moved in eight years ago! We are incredibly lucky to have the staff and residents of Sarah Daft in her life. It has made all the difference.

I wanted to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the incredible staff at Sarah Daft. From the moment I walked through the doors, I have been met with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and a level of professionalism that is truly admirable. Whether it's the front desk receptionist who greets us with a friendly hello every day, the staff who go above and beyond to make sure the residents needs are met, each and every staff member at Sarah Daft has left a lasting impression. It's clear that they not only excel at their jobs, but they also genuinely care about the well-being of each individual they work with. We are truly fortunate to have such an amazing team supporting our residents.
