SATORI SENIOR CARE AT SAINT CLAIRE

As daughter who wanted to find the best care possible in the metro area for my mother, I was blessed by Concho Hearts Hospice to be introduced to an amazing staff and owner Jeremy. My mother had been in three facilities In Iowa and one in Mansfield all of which were very good. However, the personal care in every need and love that my mother received from Satori far exceeds the previous care. After my daily visits with my mother, I knew I could rest at night due to the excellent care of the staff. If I had any concerns about my mother...be it medications, diet, transferring, or her final days, staff were able to answer those concerns. Compassion exudes from each of the staff that the residents so need and to the family members. Satori became both my mother's and my family. I will forever be grateful for each one that cared for my mother. So thankful this facility is available to our dear elderly family members. Thank you Satori God bless you all..

We were forced to move my mother here from another facility at the height of the pandemic. Satori assisted us and made things easy every step of the way. First, the building was small and homey and clean; second, the staff was accessible and nice; and third, the management was helpful, professional, and quick to respond to my inquiries. I don’t post reviews usually but feel I owe them one for how they treated my mother. Satori is great and I recommend this place without reservation.

We don't know what we would do without Satori Senior Care. We toured many places for our mom with Alzheimers before we chose Satori to take care of her. The place and mom are clean, smells fine, homecooked meals, great nursing care and she is happy. We visit almost everyday.

My 93 year old grandmother for whom I care for is currently a resident at Satori Care. She has previously been at two large assisted living facilities which claimed to have the best facilities, patient care, and quality staff. One would assume by how expensive they were, they would prove up their claims. Don’t be fooled by paying high prices for these facilities; it does not equate to quality care or meet their stated claims. I searched for alternatives for my grandmother and found that residential homes like Satori Care were a viable option to consider. I toured several homes and the last one I visited was Satori Care. Jeremy walked me thru their facility which was spotless and well maintained. He proceeded to share their medication managment system (which was better than the large facilities used), their meal preparation and diets for residents, incontinent care (if needed) and cleaning routine (including resident laundry) and I was very impressed. Ownership, management and staff are all in sync with caring for my grandmother. Now that my grandmother has been here for some time, I can speak with authority and state, Satori Care has continued to not only meet my expectations but exceed them. On any given day or night, Satori Care is always clean, staff is always pleasant, and my grandmother is well taken care of. If elder care is your responsibility, I highly encourage you to call Jeremy and arrange a tour of Satori Care. You will not be disappointed.

Satori Senior Care is by far the BEST care home in DFW. The staff here are extremely professional and go out of their way to make the residents and their families feel right at home. Finding the right care for your loved one can be an overwhelming and emotionally draining task. Everyone looking for care for their loved one needs to visit Satori Senior Care. You won't be sorry!
