Wonderful place to have a loved one at! The staff is lovely, the residents are very friendly and welcoming and communication with the wellness director Stephanie is very involved and caring.

This 3 star rating has nothing to do with the girls who are mentioned in this review. Vicki took my brother, sister-in-law and myself on a tour. The place was very clean and the residents seemed very happy and friendly. After the tour we sat with Vicki and Stephanie to finalize my Mom’s move. My Mom has been there for almost 5 weeks now. Stephanie, Gwen, Jenna and Hope have gone above and beyond in caring for my Mom. Melanie and T are the 2nd runners up. The 11pm -7am shift has been very good at getting her up and ready to start her day but I don’t know their names to give them recognition.

I find the staff to be friendly, attentive and helpful. The facility is very clean. The dining room is pleasant and well lit. There are a variety of activities to enjoy. The overall experience is pleasant.

I am well pleased with Savanna Court in Lake Wales. The staff are all sweet and friendly. The facility is always clean and I have never smelled anything unpleasant. They decorate for all seasons and it always looks nice. Barbara is awesome to deal with, very sweet.

This facility is nothing shy of greatness! Open courtyard is beautifully kept and wonderful for the residents to enjoy outside air. The executive director, Barbara, is a pleasure to deal with- very great at communication and explaining all protocols, charges, and care plans. Rachel, the lead nurse excels in the care aspect of each resident from what I’ve seen! She has an amazing care team to back her as well. Food is great and atmosphere is warm, inviting and clean! Cheryl, the activities director, also does a phenomenal job of keeping residents moving around and engaged.
