I’m a little disappointed with the service. My father-in-law got at this facility considering he has Alzheimer’s. They accepted him to then kick him out a few hours later without any service given to him. When my husband requested for his money back, they kept the entrance fee saying that it was nonrefundable, even though he was there for only a few hours and no services were given. It’s like they knew they were going to kick him out, but wanted the entry fee. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. They’re way better nursing homes in Oviedo.

A family member was evaluated to see if he was able to live in the community and after they did their evaluation and I paid they kicked him out two hours after moving in and when I asked for my money back, they kept thousands of dollars saying that it was nonrefundable because my father stayed there even though they gave him no service and he was only in the community for two hours. I don’t recommend this for anybody who has a family member who has any type of behavioral issues because they’re gonna steal your money as well.

This facility is probably the worst facility in Oviedo …. The staff treats the residents terrible and speaks to them terribly. The food is ATROCIOUS and they give them BARELY any other option for residents to eat … and the portions they give the residents should be ILLEGAL they are so SMALL ….The nurse has no idea what she’s doing … my grandmother has roaches in her room , I can only imagine the rest of the facility. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND putting your loved one in there

I moved my in-laws to Savannah Court 3 weeks ago. They were at another facility and were not receiving the proper care. The staff in memory care is wonderful. They are attentive and truly care about their residents. My in-laws are thriving there and we’re so happy we made the move! They are also much more affordable than other facilities in central Florida.

My mother had taken ill several months ago with stage 4 cancer. She was all alone in her house and needed around the clock care. So, we did some research and took several tours of assisted living properties in Seminole County and Lake County. We tried a very expensive facility in Leesburg and it was very beautiful but it was very large and there were no personal care. We tried a facility that the hospital recommend and the staff were very over worked and unfriendly. Lastly we went to Savannah Court in Oviedo and my mother feel in love with the size of Savannah Court . There were 2 houses for her to choose from and the room sizes are perfect. The staff made you feel like family. Tracy the director and Char are amazing and couldn't do enough for us. They always greeted us with big hugs and a smile. My mother has able to move around and join the fun activities that were going on, but unfortunately she is now bed bound and unable join, Everyday I visit mom, she is always washed, clothed, hair combed, clean room, fresh sheets. She just keeps saying how great all the staff take care of her. I know she is in great hands with Savannah Court and I cant thank them enough for the peace of mind I have when I can not be with her.
