Savannah Grand of West Monroe-Level 3

I give Savannah Grand 5 stars because they have provided excellent care of my parents since 2020. My mother passed away in October 2023 and the love and care they have shown my Dad since that time has been anything but remarkable during this time. Hannah, Roberta, Twylia, and Rita always return calls and handle any issues in an expedient manner. They truly care about the residents at Savannah Grand!

Savanna Grand has been a blessing to our family. Having a parent with dementia is a dynamic and harrowing situation. It’s nice to have someone like Hannah Dyke (the director of the memory care cottages), who understands and helps guide you through these challenges. My undying gratitude.

My dad moved in here and has had a great positive experience. He has started to enjoy hanging out with the other residents and really feel like he belongs again. We have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the whole experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Debbie and her team. Even though her stay there was short, they took great care of my Mother and cared about her like she was their family member. Thank you so much for your care and effort!

Our mother and our Aunt were both very well cared for by Debbie and her team. Our mother started in the apartments in the front then later when her health condition changed was transferred to the cottages in the back. Both areas the staff was very attentive to her needs and care. They treated her as a family member and for that we will always be grateful! Thank You for caring for our mother!
