Seniors sitting in their urine. No one helping this place needs to be investigated. Old people who are paying need dignity. Stop them now.

I put my Mother in Savannah Grace rehab section about a week ago. It has largely been a positive experience. I found the overall level of care & attention to be very high. The women in the rehab section are FANTASTIC. They work the patient will a degree of skill, care & patience the likes of which I have never seen. Those responsible for her medications are punctual & have never let my Mom experience any degree of pain. The ladies that check in on her have shown that they honestly care about those for whom they are responsible. Food has been better than I ever expected. On top of that, the administrator, Joe Carr, has been very attentive to any suggestions & has acted on them promptly. THUMBS UP ALL THE WAY!!!

I hope someone is aware of everything this facility has to offer and fails to offer before they consider putting their loved one here. Let's face it, no one enjoys having to put their loved one in one of these facilities, but we always want to make sure we have the best for them. As applied by Medicare, my loved had 100 days to stay at Savannah Grace Assisted Living facility. He was firstly placed in this facility for rehabilitation because he was unable to walk or go to the bathroom by himself. As arrangements were settled, the facility offered to keep my loved one most definitely until he was better and things at home were okay for him to come home to. They FAILED to do both. He was removed from his room over a month before his Medicare was up. Not only did they lie to our family, but we were extremely unsatisfied with their orderlies. On several occasions my loved one would ring the bell to go to the bathroom and it would take them over 20 minutes to respond to his call. They would put the temperature in his room on 84 degrees and my loved one would be sweating bullets when we entered. My loved one needs help cutting his food and they wouldn't help so he often would go days feeling famished. Lastly, my loved one needs to wear diapers and they often wouldn't give him one so he would mess the bed --- why on EARTH would you do this? I think they are a SLACK bunch of people. In my opinion, find another assisted living facility. This one is very "iffy".
