SAVANT OF BURBANK WEST

I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews. My aunt has lived here for the past two years and has been very happy. This is a memory care community, and anyone familiar with memory care knows how challenging and demanding the work is. The staff works hard, shows genuine care, and treats residents with compassion and respect. The location is also great. From our family’s experience, this has been a positive and supportive place for her.

I recently visited Savant of Burbank West, and it’s a truly special memory care community. Silvia and her staff are compassionate, patient, and attentive — you can tell they genuinely care about the residents.

Savant of Burbank West has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Many of the staff have been there for years, and it shows in the way they care. The community is always clean, and the residents genuinely seem happy and well cared for. A great place!

Burbank Senior Villa East has been not only a very helpful facility, but communicative as well. I understand the hardship it is working with older people who have multiple health and physical incapacities. I can see that they to pride themselves in trying and producing the best for these people and families. Overall I would recommend them to others.

Poor communication/organization when an incident happened to a family member living there.
