Seashore Highlands has provided a loving, healthy, attentive environment for my sister. There’s no place I would rather her be. The director, nursing staff and RAs all provide excellent care with tenderness and compassion.

We have been here for 10 mo., and have loved everyday. The staff and always happy to help, the residence are so friendly and happy. So much here to do. We are in independent living., and it’s been just that. We have been able to make this our new home. We love it here. I love our small yard. It’s perfect for us. If your thinking about downsizing, and finally letting someone help you Seashore Methodist is the place for you.

I can’t say enough how wonderful this place and their entire staff are. My Dad recently passed away and the care and kindness received were the best I’ve ever seen. They are genuine! One staffer came in after her shift and cut my Daddy’s hair. She cut and prayed over him for hours. What a sweet blessing they all were. Michelle Daniels, the Director at Seashore Highlands is loving, kind and responsive to any and all needs. I would highly recommend this Assisted Living to anyone. I truly love them. The nurses caring for my Dad during his last days were exemplary!!!!

Our mother stayed in the Greenhouse (Memory Care unit) where staff to resident ratio was 2 to 12. Although this apparently met State standards, the two staff on duty staff were also required to cook, do laundry and clean which meant minimal time with the residents. Management wasn't always attentive to our concerns. Minimal activities seen by private caregivers and during family member and friend visitations. After 9 months (Mar-Nov 2019) our family felt it was necessary to relocate our mother.

Very unorganized and under staffed. Under staffed means less care for clients. Clean and neat but does not provide proper training for staff. More concerned about money than understanding the clients needs.
