Seasons is an amazing building, it feels just like home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Great price, nice friendly staff and management!

Seasons is a great facility!!! It has such a warm homey feeling, amazing management who cares about their residents!!

Way understaffed! Don't provide aids proper training nor the equipment to do job efficiently and effectively! The staff they do have is stretched so thin the residents aren't getting the proper care!

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is different. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents—not just as patients, but as people. Everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and warmth. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of activities that keep residents engaged and social. The meals are well-prepared and nutritious, and the staff is always willing to accommodate individual needs and preferences. What stands out most is the peace of mind Seasons provides. Knowing that loved ones are safe, supported, and surrounded by compassionate professionals makes all the difference. Communication with families is excellent, and you never feel left out of what’s going on. I would absolutely recommend Seasons Assisted Living to anyone looking for a caring, well-run community for their loved one.

I regret putting my grandmother here. I would not recommend this assisted living facility. The management was disorganized and unresponsive, and there was a clear lack of oversight. Communication was poor, concerns were often ignored, and follow-through was rare. Several staff members appeared poorly trained and unprofessional. Basic care needs were not handled consistently, and there was little accountability when issues were raised. This created a stressful and frustrating environment for both residents and families. Given the cost and expectations of assisted living, the level of care and management here was extremely disappointing. Families deserve better support, structure, and respect than what this facility provides. There was an extreme lack of care & Residents are often left waiting long periods for assistance. Call buttons are ignored or answered very slowly. Help with daily needs (toileting, bathing, dressing) were extremely inconsistent. Residents also experienced emotional & physical neglect. Residents are treated like tasks instead of people. Staff often appeared rushed, impatient, or dismissive. Residents concerns or requests were brushed off rather than addressed. Changes in residents condition were overlooked or not communicated. Residents appeared uncomfortable or distressed without staff stepping in. Follow-up on concerns raised by families was minimal or nonexistent. There was no clear accountability when problems were reported & the same issues continued despite repeated concerns. This whole experience was very disheartening & those poor residents deserve better.
