My parents were there for 6 years and when they had to put dad in memory care Richard was the most caring and patient person I have ever met. I have no quams about sending anyone there. How many places like this has an owner that is hands on and involved?

I called Seasons of Santaquin to inquire about services offered there for a potential place for my mother. Richard, who I found out later to be the owner, answered the phone. He was very unprofessional and arrogant. I would never consider this place based on this. In reading other reviews, it appears to be a common practice by Richard.

This is a great facility. We have received great coordination from the owner. My mom has been here for a month and has been treated really well. The nursing staff is very caring and attentive. My mom can be difficult and they have done everything to make her comfortable. They keep her room clean and she is well fed. The facility is clean and has numerous scheduled activities that she really enjoys. Thank you for taking good care of her.

My sweet mom has been a resident at seasons of santaquin for 2 years. She wasn’t expected to last this long. What a blessing! Seasons Of Santaquin and Richard have been willing to listen to our questions and give us explanations as to what was happening as my mom declines. We appreciate very much the care that she has received in the beautiful facility. I would recommend Seasons Of Santaquin as an assisted-living facility for anyone who wants the best of care for their loved ones.

My husband’s parents now live here and it is beautiful, so clean too. The food is good with what looks like homemade care in planning and preparing it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Michelle , one of the RN’s responsible for our folks care, is a real gem as is Anna the activities director . I’m sure there are others as well but these two I have had more contact with. The residents seem so happy here, not depressed as in other places I have visited. This is a quality living facility.
