The staff have been so kind and attentive. I am grateful for my experience at the community so far. People with compassion and heart are hard to come by and I am thankful for each of their serving hearts and hands.

To have a loved one that is in need of memory care is a rough and tough decision to handle. To be turned away and not have no idea of where to go or turn is also rough and hard to handle. On this amazing Monday I called 20 care places, 15 said no, 5 I left a message and only 2 called back. Sophie called me back and my heart went into tears. She said, "What do I need for my aunt and how can she help." She actually contacted one of her sisters homes and kept in touch with me the entire time. Sophie showed compassion and the willingness to help regards of the funding source. More of her is needed in this world period. She didn't turn me away, she offered to help. With those qualities I would have been willing to put my aunt into her care with no questions ask. The Season at Southpoint is very lucky to have her as apart of their staff. Way to go Sophie and I am very, very grateful for you and continue your greatness in helping others. Kool beans.

This Assistant Living Community is like no other I have been to. The Staff here is 10 out of 10. The way they love and care for the residents is top tier, one of the cleanest facilities I have been to. The receptionist herself is awesome your greeted with one of the biggest smiles. You feel welcomed Immediately. The whole front office staff makes it there job to make you feel welcomed. The Food looks like it should be on tv, the kitchen staff only serves them the best of the best. I went on a tour here for a love one and im pleased to say we were impressed. I have no doubt in me that my love one would feel like she is at home, Thank You for all you do Phoenix team.

My mom has been in the facility four months. The staff has been very attentive to her personal and medical needs and to specific instructions. She is safe and constantly brought into group activities that help keep her alert. Recently we were grateful that when we went to pick her up at 630am we arrived and she was completely dressed and ready to go. Everyone on the staff is kind and caring and appreciates my Mom. They go above and beyond to enhance her quality of life.
