I spent 5 years here and always peaceful for me but in high site the place is nice and the staff is terrific , the food is okay but there has been nice here for as long as I’ve been here . They conquered the bed bug problem too. As far as financially they take all your monthly income for rent and only give you 30 dollars a month with no cost of living changes . That’s a minimum by law and the law is pretty old and needs updating . They don’t report stable rent to credit reporting agencies so an extended stay may affect your ability to gain independence again due to a lack of revolving credit on your credit reports. Anyone coming in should consider knowing they may still need family support while living here , particularly if you have special needs like snacks or cigarettes . Other than that it’s Christian / non denominational and a few rules . If you have good coping skills and not inclined to trouble it’s a great place to be settled for assisted living but if you’re a potential risk I’d suggest staying someplace more independently because they don’t hesitate to call and use police if your doing drugs , fight or steal.okay good luck

Not prefect but the staff is absolutely incredible

If i could rate this place a zero i would however ill leave it at a 1 star as some of the staff is absolutely amazing…. My mother in law was placed there last year and unfortunately she passed away this place is so infested with BED BUGS we couldnt keep any of her belongings because we didnt want to chance bringing them into our home…. For the amount of money to live there they need to make better meals as i am sure it is equivalent to dog food its always the same disgusting food meals never change…. Im pretty sure dog food holds a higher grade with the FDA over the food they serve your loved ones…The phase 2 staff and Janelle are absolutely amazing though that is my only praise on this establishment and always take great care of the residents….the owner Linda is absolutely horrible holds no regard or respect to the families of these loved ones she is rude beyond belief…. Save yourself from headaches and save your loved ones do not put them in this facility its HORRIBLE.

This place is infested with bedbugs.
