Do Not send your loved ones here 3737 Courtleigh Drive!!!! They neglected my grandfather did not inform us that he had a UTI an let it go on for a while and he got an infection! The OWNER JACKIE ALSO BLACKED OUR NUMBERS OUT SO THAT STAFF WOULD NOT CONTACT HIS POAs! The EMTs that picked my grandfather up weren’t able to contact us because she blacked our information out! Luckily an aide we grew a relationship with contacted us! Not to mention I believe they blackened his eye but tried to blame it on eliquis(blood thinner pill). GOD HAD THE OWNER BACK BECAUSE I NEVER CROSSED PATHS WITH HER. My grandfather passed away BTW!

I have an apology to make for those of you who've read my earlier review, and also to the management of Second Genesis Eldercare. I was misinformed as to the events described in my earlier review. As it turns out, my cousin had become extremely paranoid and delusional since I had last seen her, and took all that she complained about at face value. Now I realize that Second Genesis did all that they could under the circumstances, and I appreciate their efforts in dealing with a very distressed individual.

As of now, I've waited for months to reach a resolution with the owner, Jackie Cromer. Because she's failed to contact me, I've given her until August 1, 2020. to try to reach a resolution to the issues that are, as yet, unresolved. Should they be resolved I will register such on this site. Should Ms. Cromer fail to do so, I will describe the issue in detail on this site and provide my contact information for anyone wishing further information.
