The team helped me through this process mentally and emotionally. I learned the process of getting a family member established here and I’m so grateful

My friend is there and they are the best crew I have seen in a Nursing Home Facility. Tammy is the social worker and do activities with the clients. She is absolutely great. Jake the administrator cares about the clients, their families and the staff. The nursing administrations are super. Let’s not forget about the staff who keeps it clean and odor free. The food that they prepare for your families are 5 Stars. Just want to say to everyone Great Job you all do. Thank you,

Sedgewood is a wonderful facility with caring and compassionate with an excellent short term rehab department.

What an awful experience. The people there are rude, have an attitude if you ask them a question and stole a lot of my mother's belongings. They also owe my mother money for the amount she had in her personal account and for 4 days they charged her and she even wasn't there. I took her out of there and if I had been smart I would have never placed her there to begin with. Beware of this place. Everyone is related to everyone else. No one is held accountable for anything that happens and the Director, Mr. Joe Hunt could care less. He comes in on Monday at about 12:30 from the Atlanta area and leaves on Thursday afternoon. If he isn't on vacation or out of the building. DO NO PUT YOUR LOVED ONE THERE. Also, it is roach infested. Imagine roaches crawling all over your loved ones. Also, therapy is missing in action. Jennifer, the therapist tries to run things, but only once did I see her with my mother in the therapy room. I was told my mother refused therapy, which is not true. Always, one lie after another to cover themselves. Also, it is a dump. Mr Hunt won't buy any new furniture. There aren't enough, tables, chairs or nightstands for the residents or visitors to use. The head of laundry won't label the clothes and he also is a custodian worker and was before Mr. Hunt put him over the laundry. They have a man working in the laundry that can not read. I feel that is pretty important if you are dealing with the residents clothes. The place compares with Heartland where my mother fell and broke her arm. Watch out for this place because a lot of the office staff have been jumping the sinking Country Wood Nursing Center.

My brother is a Resident at Country Wood N.C. I am overjoyed how he being treated by the Staff. They are friendly and helpful and nice. Always pleasant. That goes from the office to actual hands on. Cleanliness is superb ... You all get thumbs up from me. Thank you so much. My mind is at ease!!!
