Sego Lily Assisted Living

Thank you for taking care of my mom in the last month of her life. Our family needed help, and it was so hard to take her from her home. My dad could no longer care for her on his own. Sego Lily's staff and management were amazing in giving us choices to get her the care she needed--especially when her needs changed. The hospice nurse, physicians, and even the hairdresser they connected us with were attentive, effective, and cared about my mom. They explained her status every step of the way and what to expect next, with various options for us to decide on. A few of the Nurse's aides went above and beyond to make my mom feel loved and even prayed with her when she asked. She had not been eating much at home, but loved and ate their meals. They even brought her a coke or some ice cream (her favorite treats) when she requested it. They treated our family so well and welcomed us into her new home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making my mom's last month an easier transition for all of us. It was a blessing to know she was well taken care of.

My mom was a recent resident there before she passed away. These guys took AMAZING care of her. They treated her like an actual human being instead of just a number. The fact that this is a smaller facility gives me hope that other facilities might take their cue from them. When my mom was alive I could call and check in on how she was doing or even come and visit whenever. I couldn't be more pleased then what I am right now. Thank you Elaine for everything you did for me and my mom. You guys are BEYOND AMAZING!!!!

I can't thank all the members of Sego Lily Assisted Living enough for the care and love they gave to my father. He was there for just over a year before his passing. My father had said that NO ONE would ever put him in a facility to help take care of him, well his health declined and we were left with no choice but to go against his wishes. It took about 3 weeks at Sego Lily before he settled in to his new home and once he did there was no way he wanted to go anywhere else! He would always say "this is my home now (as if he was so proud),, they treat me so well, they are my friends" Personally I could never have found a more suitable place, friendlier staff and inviting feel. Sego Lily became an extension to our family. Thank you for your enduring care, home like feel and great meals. Most of all thank you for loving him!

Our Mother has been at Sego Lily for over 2 years. It has been a great comfort to know that she is happy, safe and being well cared for by an attentive caring staff. The new owner's have continued and increased the level of care. They are very involved onsite and have the residents best interests in mind. The cost is very reasonable in comparison to other locations and it is set up as a family environment with personalized care. All private rooms with private bath. Outdoor patio, trees and garden. After visiting over 30 locations around the valley nothing compared to them. We are thrilled to see our Mother happy, safe and thriving in this healthy environment.
