SELECT SENIOR LIVING I

Too many horrible experiences to share in this small space. Dangerous lifting of the patients, banning family members from seeing the resident, unsubstantiated threats from the owner, no communication and updates from caregivers, nurse and owner, bait and switch fee never disclosed until last minute, nurse on call is useless and non communicative, they don't let you see your loved ones records upon request, insults and non-adherence to POA documents, and many more infractions. I'd give no stars if i could

Select Senior Living has been a Godsend. After a horrible and extremely expensive ordeal at a large facility, I was lucky to find Select Senior Living. Right away, my mom was welcomed with open arms. They understood my mom. My mom enjoys the home cooked meals and likes to hang out in the living room. All of the people that work there are kind and caring. Every time I visit my mom, she is clean and showered and happy. I appreciate how the home is light and bright with sunshine. There is a registered nurse, Kim, that see's everyone regularly and she is amazing! I highly recommend Select Senior Living. When one of the caregivers told me that she loves my mom, I cried. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.
