Too many horrible experiences to share in this small space. Dangerous lifting of the patients, banning family members from seeing the resident, unsubstantiated threats from the owner, no communication and updates from caregivers, nurse and owner, bait and switch fee never disclosed until last minute, nurse on call is useless and non communicative, they don't let you see your loved ones records upon request, insults and non-adherence to POA documents, and many more infractions.
