SENIOR SUITES AT CENTURY FARMS, LLC

When my mother-in-law was sent to the hospital no one ever called anyone to let us know. We found out by when we went to visit her to drop stuff off. They tried to say that we never gave them our numbers but yet they’ve called us about other issues in the past. When the lady showed my husband his number then in fact showed up. I then got a vm saying how stuff in the room was missing when we got my mother-in-law things and I called about it and one of the ladies said Tiffany never said that. She did say it. I read it back and they tried to say o read it but didn’t listen to the voice mail. I did in fact listen to the voicemail because I wanted to make sure what the VM said was correct. Just when a family member is rushed to the hospital via ambulance I’d think they would call the family. They couldn’t even tell us what hospital she was at and we didn’t find out until hours later. It’s not ok.

My Mom has been there about a year now , everything is going well , Paula is an amazing person , she keeps me well informed about my Mom's condition and everything , I'm very well pleased with the care Mom is getting....Thank you to the whole staff

I can not speak more highly of this place. Paula, the director was wonderful. My grandmother was 99 and suffered from dementia. The staff made her comfortable and she loved them. A special shout out to Carmen, Rose, Elizabeth and Kristen. They took such good care of her. I wish they would have a skilled unit added on so we could have stayed.
