I love living here. Everyone is so kind and caring. The staff make you feel wanted. We have become friends. Thank you Leland Legacy. There is one thing I hope for is a bigger room. Mind is beautiful but small.

FIRST TIMERS. And we were not disappointed. Oh my goodness, it was so delicious. We both had Manhattans, his was Roast Beef Manhattan, and I a turkey. Bread on the side. Oh, goodness. Big slices of bread 2, in fact. Good to sop up the gravy. The portions were good. Could have used one more slice if the yummy baked turkey. I cleared my plate. The hubs loved every bite he had. We picked what we got on the advice of two very luce local ladies. Thank you. Don't miss out on the dessert. They make the most perfect cinnamon roll muffins. Yes sir. We will be back.

My family finally made the hard decision to move my mother out of her home for 50 years and move to an assisted living center. We toured several (before the Corona virus lock down) and by far, the Leland Legacy was the number one option. Her future home will me a "HOME". From the apartment itself, which was so much more like a home than some of the "hospital" rooms we saw at other facilities, to the building itself, so much easier to make this transition for my mother. The facility was spotless and the staff, as proven by their response during the covid19 emergency proved to us that our mother's comfort and safety comes first. VERY impressed.

The Leland Legacy is filled with such a rich history! Such an amazing place for many to call home. From the beauty of the facility to the caring staff under Amanda Marquis’s leadership, it is a safe haven in our Richmond community. The entire staff has taken such cautious care in these last few months to make certain that all the residents who live there stayed healthy and safe from the Covid-19 environment while keeping their spirits positive and happy!

Not only a beautiful historic building, but an asset to the community! The Leland Legacy provides a great space for seniors and community events! The staff always seems to be having a blast with residents. The management is always great to deal with under Amanda's leadership! A real community gem!
