Serene Meadows of Grand Blanc II

My dad's Parkinson's has progressed, but the assisted living team here adjusts his care plan constantly without us having to ask. They've built real relationships with him, not just checking boxes. We feel confident leaving him in their hands.

My mother has been at Serene Meadows for eight months now, and the difference in her quality of life has been remarkable. The staff remembers her preferences, celebrates her birthday like family, and the memory care unit is secure but doesn't feel institutional. She's happy, and that's all that matters to us.

we toured three facilities before choosing serene meadows and honestly this place felt different from the moment we walked in. the dining room smells amazing, residents were laughing together during lunch, and the director spent time with us instead of rushing through a sales pitch.

My aunt Sharon talks about jas everyday how kind she is and how she make sure her needs are met. Not all staff are as pleasant as jas a few have bad attitudes on first shift second is always awesome . But overall a good place to have a loved one!

I'm a new shower aide for one of the residents here at Serene Meadows. I was immediately greeted by one of the facility's supervisors, Vanessa. Vanessa is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and a team player! She always ask if I need help, has everything laid out and she doesn't have too but she goes out her way to do so. Her staff follows suit with similar attributes. I am elated to come into a clean, well organized (facility and staff), and an inviting environment. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK VANESSA AND STAFF!!!
