We have a very high standard as we are searching out care homes and not all care homes fit the bill. Delta Senior Referral Services is pleased to announce that we have found a 5 star board and care in Serene Residential Care Home. It is situated in a good quality neighborhood. First impressions are everything and upon walking into Serene care home for the first time I was overly thrilled to see the care home owner fully engaged with her residents. The residents were well groomed and the aroma of freshly made lunch filled the room. The home was well kept, clean and tidy and the residents smiled as to greet their visitor. What a warm and inviting feeling. Secondly, the owners do their due diligence to assess and ensure that the resident is a good fit for the care they provide. This says a lot because like Delta Senior Referral Services, not everyone is someone we can serve and being forthcoming about that is important. Not just for the resident but for the families and the other residence currently in place at their care home.
