SERENE SUITES

I saw my Dad yesterday and oh my goodness, he has improved beyond anyone’s expectations. A month ago we were told to come and say our goodbyes. When I got there and saw him, it was startling, I thought I was too late. But now, he’s lucid, even in the late afternoon. He’s out and about in the facility, finally making friends, he’s feeding himself, even asking for PT because he wants to walk again. I can’t thank The Serene Suites enough for taking such good care of my father. Their staff have been a Godsend. ❤️

We moved my father into Serene Suites 3 weeks ago, and the care we received over those 3 weeks before he passed was all we could ask for. The administration was very attentive, listening to our concerns and trying to help my dad acclimate to the new place. We moved him from another facility that we had a lot of issues with and this place made us feel very at home. We cannot thank the administration and the nursing staff enough for proving excellent care to my dad while he was there.

I cared for my husband at home for as long as I could. I am so grateful when the time came that he needed 24/7 care he could move into Serene Suites. The cleaning staff does an amazing job of keeping the rooms, gathering areas, and hallways very clean. The caregivers are kind and patient and ready to step in for any need my husband has. The musical programs are enjoyable for the residents and the loved ones. Activities are planned for special days. Seeing my husband get so much enjoyment out of the delicious meals warms my heart. I didn’t know what to expect when the care for my husband was handed over to Serene Suites, but it was the right decision. No regrets!
